Baklava is a seriously delicious, seriously high-butter dessert that's better than any pot brownies you've ever had.


* 1/2 pound chopped mixed nuts
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 (16 ounce) package phyllo dough
* 1 cup pot butter, melted (that's 2 sticks, extra butter is optional)
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup water
* 1/2 cup honey
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest


1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with regular butter.
2. Toss together cinnamon and nuts. Unroll phyllo and cut whole stack in half to fit the dish. Cover phyllo with a damp cloth while assembling the baklava, to keep it from drying out.
3. Place two sheets of phyllo in the bottom of the prepared dish. Brush generously with melted pot butter. Sprinkle 2 to 3 tablespoons of the nut mixture on top. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with about 6 sheets of phyllo. Using a sharp knife, cut baklava (all the way through to the bottom of the dish) into four long rows, then (nine times) diagonally to make 36 diamond shapes.
4. Bake in preheated oven about an hour, until golden and crisp.
5. While baklava is baking, combine sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Stir in honey, vanilla and lemon zest, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
6. Remove the baklava from the oven and immediately spoon the syrup over it. Let cool completely before serving. Store uncovered.

It's a little extra work but so completely worth it.

Leary Biscuit (weed peanut butter sandwich crackers)

Things you need:

1. Smucker's all natural peanut butter (if you look at the ingredients it says peanuts and salt )

2. Some sort of larger, thick cracker. Think Ritz.

3. Extremely finely ground weed, we're talking powdered here or some AVB (vaped bud).

4. Conventional or toaster oven, I don't trust the microwave.

Things you do:

Now that you have all your crap lets discuss what you do with it.

1. Take the peanut butter and spread a layer on one side of two crackers. You want it to be about twice as thick as you would find on a pre-packaged peanut butter cracker ( like the ones you used to take to school).

2. Sprinkle the finely powdered weed onto one of the peanut butter covered crackers until you can no longer see the peanut butter. Lightly tap the weed into the peanut butter until it's all stuck, then pick up your cracker and shake it lightly over a plate. You want to keep adding powdered weed and tapping it in until you can't get anymore weed powder stuck to the cracker. THIS IS IMPORTANT; avoid the very edges of the cracker, when you place the other peanut butter lathered half of the sandwich onto the weed covered half more than likey peanut butter and weed will squirt out the sides.

3. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

4. Place your biscuits evenly on the cookie sheet and bake for 17 to 20 minutes. You will know they are done when they reach a rich, golden brown.

5. Enjoy your biscuits after they cool. This has nothing to do with potency or anything but these bastards will trick you with a nice cool exterior which hides the boiling magma-butter lurking within.

This method seems to work better for me. I THINK it's because tapping the powdered weed directly into the peanut butter then sandwiching it in ensures all the weed gets surrounded by the peanut oils and fats thus helping the whole extraction process. Also the longer cooking time probably doesn't hurt.

Super simple snack of Champions

Snack of Champions (weed marshmellow treats / rice krispie treats)

-Weed butter, as much as your day requires :P
-Marshmallows , 4-6
-Your Favorite Cereal

1) Nuke butter + marshmallows in bowl
2) Stir in cereal, I usually take the box of cereal with me to adjust as I go.

I don't know about you guys, but I eat a lot of weed, in fact it is probably preferably to smoking when you want to be high for a loooong time. Not to mention weed that has been eaten is probably the safest drug known to man, just be careful not to eat too much when you aren't expecting it! Bottom line, if you want to take weed to a new level, start eating it. Start eating LOTS of it.
